Shipping Policy

Jean and Joys designs uses Australia post for all our shipping needs.

We offer free shipping for orders over $60 in Australia and charge a flat rate of $10 Australia wide for standard shipping.

Flat rate for express post shipping is available for $15 Australia wide. Shipping will be added at the checkout stage.

We currently have a 24-48 hour turn around for all our over processing times. We aim to get your order in the post as soon as we possibly can. 

shipping to cities is always faster that shipping to rural areas. 

Upon dispatch you will receive an email with the tracking number of your parcel from which you can head to the Aus post website to track your item.

All items are sent from Townsville QLD Australia

Once your items have left our premises, we will not be responsible for lost, late or damaged products. in the event of a lost parcel, you need to wait up to 10 business days for your parcel to arrive before lodging a case with Australia Post.

International Shipping 

We currently only ship to the United States

Standard International shipping is $28.25 AUD approx 10 business days

Express International Shipping is $43.25 AUD approx 5 business days
